Thoreau justifies civil disobedience by nit paying taxes because he does not support the war. He thinks war only kills many people without solving problems therefore he wont pay taxes which goes towards supporting the war materials and resources. He uses principles of Transcendentalists because just like Transcendentalists he believes that one should follow his own heat and leave a trail for others to follow instead of following someone else path or road. He also believes that one should do what they think its right instead of following someone else opinions. They should always give their opinion and stick to it. He also used the principles of nonviolence. I have learned about many protest of civil disobedience through out history. for example the famous Rosa Park who set in the front of the bus even tho she was suppose to sit in the back because she was african american. This shows civil disobedience because she was doing what she thought it was right instead of someone else thoughts. She also did not break any law or commit any fraud She was just supporting what she believed in. The another example is Mahatma Gandhi who also used nonviolence and civil disobedience to support the protest and gather many people to do the same. He also has been to jail like Thoreau for believing in what he thought was right. Civil Disobedience is the way because it does not harm or kill anyone. It is also peaceful way of protest but there are chances of you being in a big trouble or might have to go to prison like Gandhi and Thoreau. Civil Rights must be inspired because it gave them a strong reason and a great principle to fight for. Such as fight for what you believe in. Therefore, many people are affected by this text.
I am passionate about destroying or eliminating racism and class issues. I know this sounds very undoable or impossible but we can always dream and make it possible, I think if racism was destroyed than we would have less problems in this society. We would all be friendly to each other and actually act like human beings instead of not treating someone right just because they have different skin color. I treat everybody same no matter what color, race, ethnicity or country they are. I am sure we will be able to eliminate racism if all thought that.

Thinking about the future
Yes, Collage will be here soon. I want to major in Biology and minor in religion because I love learning about different religions and cultures and way people think. Therefore, I want to minor in religion. I also want to do something in health care field and I love knowing thing about human body and biology in general. So thinking my future in my mind, I want to major in biology.
I would want to stay in North Carolina because it is a beautiful place, it has nice weather! not too hot or not too cold. Also because in state tuition fess are less. I want to go to University of Chapel Hill because they have a great medical program and it is also a public university thus not more money to pay for collage. I also want to go their because it is one of the most competitive collage of North Carolina and I love competitive challenges, and going to chapel hill is my next challenge.
I have done research for some universities that I want to go to. I have looked at their qualifications and their median SAT and ACT scores. I also looked at the median GPA and courses they require me to take in High School. I haven't done in depth research yet because I have not had time to do that yet.
My biggest fears of collage is being able to find my classes on the first day and living in the campus without my parents is going to really difficult for me. I rely on my mom to do chores for me like laundry, cook and clean but now that I will be in collage I will have to do all these things and study hard at the same time. My another big fear is being able to get an A in all my classes because I know collage is not nearly easy as high school. I am also scared about my Time Management because I am a slow reader and I need to take notes on things I read which takes a lot of time and I am not sure if I will be able to do that in collage.

Turner and Tea Cake
Mrs Turner is very interesting character in this book. She is black herself but she dislikes black people. Therefore, she tends to hang out with light skinned people more like Janie. She likes Janie and she always at her house to talk to her. Janie knows she does not like nigger talks so she does not talk about Tea Cake with her. I think she was brave enough o tell Janie that she should have not married a guy like Tea Cake instead she should have married her brother or her son who deserved her. Most of the other African Americans in this book does not talk trash about themselves and are living together as family. But Mrs Turner hates other black people and she things they are bunch of monkeys fooling around all the time. I think she is dealing with Internal Racism because she hates black people and she says even when she is dying she does not want a black doctor to come check her! She would rather die. She like white people and that the reason why she likes Janie. Tea Cake hated her too because he heard her trying to hook Janie u with her son. Tea Cake told Janie not to listen to that old women because all she wanted was her money that is in the bank account. Tea Cake also gathered all the black people in the town to fight her for saying that but they actually did not fight her. Overall, Mrs Turners character was little wired in this type of book.
I was shocked too that Tea Cake hit Janie but I am surprised that Janie didn't say anything back to Tea Cake. Janie seemed like she was used to this and she enjoyed it because she didn't stop tea Cake. If I were Janie I would tell him to stop since she has been through this same thing before with Jody. I think Janie should have stopped Tea Cake when he went around telling the whole town what he did to her and she didn't say anything back. Townspeople were surprised too because their wife would yell at them for whole day and would hit them back, which is what I would have done.

The Era of Tea Cake
The story of Annie Taylor was in the same situation Janie was in. Annie Taylor had left the top and sold her house and took all her money to go with a guy she loved. She thought he loved her back as well. The Guy was younger than Annie. But after few weeks the guy stole all her money and left her at the strange place. Annie found her way back to Eatonville and from than own townspeople think if you go away with a guy you will end up in the same situation as Annie Taylor. Townspeople often related this story to Janie's life because Janie is in the same situation as Annie Taylor and people thing Janie will come back to Eatonville with all her money stolen just like Annie. I think Janie will end up in the same place as Annie because in the beginning of the movie Janie comes back to Eatonville.
I would feel Degrading because someone is kicking me out of place because I am ugly would definitely make me mad but I also find one thing funny than Tea Cake is giving money for these people to go out. I would just take the money and leave because I will be $2 richer.
I think Muck symbolizes Janie's freedom because now she can talk, laugh and listen to others talk without someone telling her to got to house and cook. She feels free and she can now take part in the community and talk silly with others. Tea Cake doesn't mind Janie doing all that.
Nunkie is a girl who works at he filed and pick beans just like Tea Cake and Janie. Nunkie has a crush on Tea Cake and she often tries to get his attention by touching him and falling so that Tea Cake would come help her up. Once she went as far as stealing something from Tea Cake's shirt so he would run after her and took him in the Sugar cane field. She is important because she makes Janie jealous, something Janie has never felt before. Therefore, she gets mad at Tea Cake and tries to hit him but Tea Cake doesn't not give up on his love for Janie and Janie soon realizes that how deeply she is in love with Tea Cake.

The Eyes were watching God: Changes
A. Childhood: While Janie was young she grew with the white folks, therefore, she thought she was white too. When she got older her nanny told her to see her face in the mirror and she realized she is colored and thus different than the rest. This idea did make her unhappy but she knew how colored people were treated and what position they had in the society. When she was seventeen she had a special connection with the nature. She felt different around nature and she was a different person. When Janie was caught kissing the black person her nanny got mad at her and decided to tell her the truth about who she really is and where her mother was. Nanny told her Janie how hardship she had to face and what her mother had to go through. Nanny taught Janie a big lesson and explained how she was half white and half black. Nanny also wanted Janie to get married to a rich person like Mr. Killcs and she did that before nanny died. From her childhood, Janie learned a big lesson about how money is everything but it doesn't buy happiness.
B. Logan: When Janie lived with Logan she learned how to take of house and cook but she also wondered a lot in the nature and Logan often go angry at her for wondering around everyday and not finishing the tasks she was given. Logan often threaten her but she knew he never meant that. One of the thing she leaned was land and money does not but happiness because she was always bored and lonely. On top she had a 60 year old husband to deal with everyday. I could never be able to live with that old man but apparently Janie figured that out later and finally left him.
C. Jody: She actually loved Jody when she first met him. She was happy and always their with him but as Jody gains more dignity and power he takes away most of Janie's freedom. Jody thought since Janie is a mayors wife she has to act more lady like and not talk to people in the town or laugh and have a good time with them. Jody also made Janie tied her hair because he was jealous how other men gazed at her beauty. Janie hated the idea and also argued with Jody about that but eventually she had to do what Jody asked her. At the end Jody was being to mean to Janie. Jody was getting old and Janie was still young and beautiful therefore he always called Janie an old women in front of everyone to be ashamed off. Janie got mad about that and talked backed to Jody. Jody was angry and slapped her in front of everybody. After that they lived apart until Jody died. Janie learned a lot from this and she often felt sad and unhappy. She was also lonely but she wanted everything between her and Jody to be right. It was just not possible form Jody being so respectful in town and Janie didn't follow what Jody told her. Janie also learned that money does not buy happiness.

Junior Exit: Outline
I. Introduction
a) Thesis Statement: To treat themselves with diseases people uses antibiotics but some people are getting more sick by taking unnecessary antibiotics causing antibiotic resistance bacteria. These bacteria's are hard to kill and sometimes not treatable at all causing people to die and this is becoming a major issue in our society.
II. Reason 1: Long term effect of misusing antibiotics
a) SD: Antibiotics are important drugs. It would be difficult to overstate the benefit penicillin and other antibiotics have played in treating bacterial infections, preventing the spread of disease and minimizing serious complications of disease. But there is also a problem with antibiotic medications. Drugs that used to be standard treatments for bacterial infections are now less effective or don't work at all. When an antibiotic drug no longer has an effect on a certain strain of bacteria, those bacteria are said to be antibiotic resistant. The overuse and misuse of antibiotics are key factors contributing to antibiotic resistance.
b) SD: The overuse of antibiotics — especially taking antibiotics even when they're not the appropriate treatment — promotes antibiotic resistance. Antibiotics treat bacterial infections but not viral infections. If you take an antibiotic when you actually have a viral infection, the antibiotic is still attacking bacteria in your body — bacteria that are either beneficial or at least not causing disease. This misdirected treatment can then promote antibiotic-resistant properties in harmless bacteria that can be shared with other bacteria.
II. Reason 2: Consequences of Antibiotics bacteria resistance
a) SD: For many years, the introduction of new antibiotics outpaced the development of antibiotic resistance. In recent years, however, the pace of drug resistance has contributed to an increasing number of health care problems. In the United States, according to a 2013 report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, at least 2 million people annually "acquire serious infections with bacteria that are resistant to one or more of the antibiotics designed to treat those infections." And at least 23,000 people die annually from antibiotic-resistant infections.
b) SD: The increasing number of drug-resistant infections results in: More-serious illness or disability, more deaths from previously treatable illnesses, prolonged recovery, more frequent and longer hospitalization, more doctor visits, less effective or more invasive treatment, more expensive treatments.
III. Reason 3: Antibiotic Stewardship
a) SD: The appropriate use of antibiotics — often called antibiotic stewardship — can help preserve the effectiveness of current antibiotics, extend their life span and protect the public from antibiotic-resistant infections. Many hospitals and medical associations have implemented new diagnostic and treatment guidelines to ensure effective treatments for bacterial infections and reduce inappropriate use of antibiotics.
b) SD: The public also plays a role in antibiotic stewardship. You can help reduce the development of antibiotic resistance by taking the following steps:
-Then list the steps...
IV. Conclusion

Act 2
I. Literary terms
a) Imagery: The author uses words or phrase to create a mental image in readers mind.
Ex: " I will fall like an ocean on that court, fear nothing Elizabeth" (Miller 1285)
b) This examples show the strong feeling of Proctor when his wife Elizabeth was accused of witchcraft. She was being taken to the court with other women accused with witchcraft. Proctor was very angry and this is when Proctor says that he will get Elizabeth out of the court no matter what. He will fall like an ocean on the court if he has to.
II. Quotation Elation
a) "It is a providence and no great change; we are only what we always were, but naked now. Aye, Naked! and the wind, Gods's icy wind will blow!" (Miller 1287) The effect of this quote would be Proctor will commit his crime of adultery and convince Abigail to take the accusation back.
b) I think Abigail accused Elizabeth because she is jealous of her. Abigail Loves John Proctor but Proctor doesn't love him anymore and he is happy with his wife Elizabeth. Abigail still wants Proctor to be the lover of her life and wants to remove Elizabeth from John's life. Therefore she accused Elizabeth. John Proctor knows why Abigail is accusing his wife and he feels very guilty that Elizabeth is accused because of him. This is why he will admit his crime in front of court to save Elizabeth who is innocent.
III. Characters
Proctor: Guilty of crime, Hero, confused
Purpose: He is the main character in the play who is stuck in the mess of witchcraft. He didn't believe there were witches and he was the only one who knew what is "really" happening in Salem.
Outcome: He is charged with adultery and hanged but never goes back to Abigail.
