Nice question Mr. Vazquez!!! I do think two wrongs make a right because than they are equal and one wont regret not doing anything. For example in my personal opinion if my husband cheated on me and I knew about it and if he still continuous to see a woman than it would give me right to cheat on him too. First of all I would ask for a divorce and in any circumstances I can not divorce him than my husband show give me right to cheat on him as well. That is the only way to make things equal. I understand that back in the day adultery was not a big issue however it was very common for a man to commit adultery. This is 21st century so I would expect my husband to give me the same rights he has or I can divorce him. I definitely think it is okay for Daisy to cheat on Tom because Tom has many women, he probably has different woman every day. Even in the Gatsby's party he went to go see a woman who was an actress or in my words a slut. I would not come in a way of love birds like Gatsby and Daisy. They already loved each other so much and they knew each other since 5 years. because of some circumstances like war for Gatsby they had to split and Daisy was forced to marry Tom even though she said she did not want to marry him. Now they have seen each other and are reunited I would not sop them for having an affair and continuance of their love life. If I were Daisy I would go to tom right away and tell him I do not love him and I am marrying Gatsby. Unfortunately this was not the case in this book. I feel very sympathetic towards Gatsby and Myrtle because they love somebody they know they cant have and they know it is hard to get them. Even both are trying very hard they will have to end up loosing their love and eventually move on.
